Designer Experience

We are still trying to determine if we want to lose the $7600 we owe Graylyn for kicking this event down the road from 2020 if we do not do this in person. Without an event manager, Katherine and I are simply going to have to research and negotiate this ourselves. We would like to do this virtually, but we have alot of sponsors saying they will only support if this is in person. One discussion to cut costs if we do “in person” is to start around noon on 1st day and end at 4PM on 2nd day, so we’ve cut this to 2 days vs. 3 with only 1 cocktail/dinner and 1 night versus 2. Meaning less meals etc., but not sure if Graylyn would allow. Have work to do here. Also, the date is fictional bc we have to coordinate with Graylyn and in general timing.
